Thank you for getting us through a tight spot! When intensive training for my new job at an insurance company coincided with a particularly busy time at Joe’s high-tech company, we were relieved to find you to transport our daughter to her activities and home after school. From our first meeting, we trusted you with her and were delighted when she developed a bond with both you and the always-endearing Maddy the Wonder Pug. We appreciate your going out of your way to bring Maddy along on your drives; you KNOW how much she loves animals of all kinds, and she always looked forward to the days she would be able to sit next to Maddy in the back and have her face licked. It’s great to know we can call on you again the next time life begins to spin out of control.

When I broke my foot and was unable to drive, you really came through for me. As the owner and CEO of my own executive development consulting firm, I could not afford to be immobilized for even one day. I appreciated all your help with my wheelchair and crutches as you shuttled me door-to-door to my appointments all over town, and it was especially helpful to have you do the shopping and all the errands I couldn’t get to. Your calm, practical approach allowed me to relax knowing that the details of my life would be taken care of in the manner I prefer. In addition, I was delighted to discover your wonderful aesthetic sense when I entrusted my Tibetan mandala to you to have framed. You chose beautifully, and it is now hanging in a prominent place in my home, bringing us great inspiration each time we see it. I look forward to seeing what kind of artistry you create in my potted-plant garden this spring.
